Eric & Lauren's Virginia Beach Engagement Session
Eric & Lauren met each other waiting tables at Buffalo Wild Wings in college. He had never met a woman like her before, and from their first shift working together he was falling head over heels for her. [Speaking from experience here - when a former homeschooler finds the woman of his dreams, he doesn’t give up easily. 😘] She found his personality irritating and brazen at first, and it was a few months before she grew to like him - and eventually, completely love him.
We met them at Virginia Beach, at one of her favorite quiet spots. She still comes home to visit her family almost every month. On the day we met them, the skies were clear and beautiful. We were so excited to get out on the beach!
But once we got out there, the winds hit us. Freezing cold, howling winds. The beach was deserted, with only a couple of walkers in puffy winter coats and thick scarves. It was us, also bundled up in coats, and Eric and Lauren. And they did AMAZING. They embraced their sense of adventure, braved the cold, and snuggled up to each other for warmth. They just completely gave in to the moment - and, well, I’ll let the photos speak for themselves.
