Altavista, VA | Ryan & Alison's Family Session

Oh my goodness. COLD doesn't even begin to cover what it felt like the night of the Patterson's family session. These guys were such troopers! They stood outside on the windiest day of the year - maybe of the century - and in sub-zero windchill like it was nothing! Okay so that may have been a slight exaggeration, but they truly handled it like champs!

If you remember some of their other family sessions with us, you may recognize that there's a couple new people this time around. First, we have Josh. He has been in a few of Tabby's senior and prom pictures, but now he has one foot in the family. He asked Tabby to marry him and they have their big day planned for this spring! Yay! Then we also have Jacaleb, the Patterson's most recent exchange student from China. You may also not recognize the rest of the kids, but I can guarantee you that it's the same teenagers. They have grown so much this last year and are becoming gorgeous (and handsome!) young adults. 

And then there's Ryan and Alison, the ones whose love story started it all. They're so happily married, and even though there are many hard days and sometimes the struggle is just too real, they still always make time for each other, for their family, and for their community. Always.
