Our Own 5-Year Anniversary | Destination Wedding Photographers in Jerusalem, Israel
If you're friends with us on facebook, then you know that we're expecting another baby and we announced with a picture from Jerusalem. Our wedding anniversary was earlier that month, but knowing we were going to be in the Holy City to shoot a wedding, we just couldn't pass up the opportunity to have OUR pictures taken there too. Truly, I can't think of another place I would rather be... well, maybe the Sea of Galilee. Maybe.
We called upon a dear friend, Joye, who was living in Jerusalem (lucky duck), to capture this special time in our lives. We had SO much fun - some may say a little too much fun, but you'll just have to keep scrolling for that.
Since it was our 5-year anniversary, I wanted to recreate an image from our engagement session! But I have baby-brain so we got the hands switched and then Jonathan dipped me. So.... nailed it?
Five years. Five years of being in a covenant with this sexy beast of a man. I know it's totally cliche to say, but it literally has flown by! When we stood before our closest friends and family and committed our lives to one another, I could have never, in a million years, known the depth that our love was going to take. It's mind-blowing how good our God is to us. I can't wait for the next 5, and 50, and 500 years with you by my side! Happy anniversary (a little late), baby. I love you!
