Scott & Brynn's Winter Estate Wedding, Pt. I: Getting Ready & First Look | Virginia Wedding Photographers at Whitehall Estate in Bluemont, VA
This was our last wedding of 2017, and we couldn't have finished the year better than this. Scott and Brynn's stunning winter wedding at Whitehall Estate was everything we could have asked for. But it almost wasn't that way. The day before their wedding, it was dark, snowing, and bitterly gross.
But when they woke on their wedding day, the skies had cleared and Whitehall was glowing in the morning sun. Brynn and her ladies got ready in the beautifully decorated bridal suite in the east wing of the manor, while Scott and the guys put on their tuxedos upstairs.
As soon as they were ready (and they couldn't WAIT to see each other) we went outside to the grand column entrance for their first glimpse of each other. They had created a wonderful wedding day timeline with us and their coordinator that gave them plenty of time for photos, so we had time to relax and go for a walk - and their portraits were amaaaazing, with two people so comfortable in front of the camera and so in love with each other.
As the guests began to arrive, we went back inside to warm up before the ceremony... which is coming next.
