The whole week we were nervous about the weather. Every day we checked, and every day it called for thunderstorms on Saturday. Even driving up to the beautiful wedding venue, On the Glen on Glenburn Farm, we were obsessively checking the radar. But as we stepped into the cabins of Melissa and Jason on their wedding day, there was nothing but calm. So much so, it seemed as if even the weather was calmed for them.

There was so much smiling and laughing from her bridesmaids and his groomsmen, it created an atmosphere of joy and support for these two. Melissa sat patiently as Jennifer delicately did her hair and makeup, as her Mama sat watching her daughter on her wedding day, and her closest friends and family bustled around making every detail perfect.

A few yards away at the other cabin, Jason and his groomsmen nervously tied each other's bowties and sipped on beers as the heat and humidity sizzled outside. You could feel anticipation growing as the time came for them to see each other for the first time.
