Jon Marc & Ashley's Engagement Session at Claytor Nature Study Center, Virginia

This location is one our absolute most favorite spots for its stunning mountain views and its peace and quiet. We very rarely come out here, so it’s really special when we do. And this session was worth it. Jon Marc and Ashley are so much fun. The whole session was off-the-rails silliness and laughter!

She’s from New Orleans and he’s from Ireland; and by divine plan, they met at a great church in Lynchburg. Ashley has been selflessly, tirelessly fostering young children for the past several years. Jon Marc, who was interested in fostering, got up the nerve to ask Ashley for info about it. In exchange, he offered to give her a ride on his motorcycle. And, as is so often the case when the boy has a motorcycle, the rest is history. ;)

These two amazing souls are bringing the Kingdom of Heaven to earth in very practical ways, in the lives of children who are in desperate need of hope and love. We are so excited for their wedding this fall!!
