One thing we love to do is to step back, watch, and listen to the family, friends, and guests at the wedding to see what they're saying about the wedding day and especially about the couple. Emma and AJ's wedding was no exception. There was a resounding theme amongst everyone - The day was perfect, Emma was GORGEOUS, and these two have what it takes to get through anything. They had been there already through good times and bad. They're the kind of people who will first see everyone's full potential, and then make sure they know what they could accomplish. And finally, when the going gets tough, they'll give you the kick in the pants you need to succeed.
We were so excited that Emma and AJ set aside plenty of time throughout their day to capture some INCREDIBLE portraits! Our desire is that they will be a testimony to them on those hard days - a testimony that they have all these people behind them, supporting them, maybe kicking them in the pants every once in a while - and that it will give them the strength and confidence to succeed, no matter what is thrown their way. As their officiant said, "No matter what challenges you face, you now face them together, and no matter how much you succeed, you succeed together. The love between you joins you now as one."
