Julian & Mary

It was a warm spring day in the Blue Ridge mountains. Julian, despite being the groom, considered himself a servant first. He spent several hours helping decorate the venue for his bride on the morning of their wedding - hanging the florals on the arbor, setting up the fire pit for evening s’mores, arranging tables and chairs.

He had waited years for this day. From the first moment he laid eyes on her, he had been smitten by her. Today, she was radiant. Her princess ballgown dress, his fitted black suit, her white florals paired with the dogwood trees and apple orchard blossoms all came together to form a simple and elegant color palette with accents of blush rose and gold.

They waited for each other, even making a commitment to not kiss before their wedding day. The toasts and blessings that were made at the reception spoke so often of their patience, of their integrity, and of their devotion to each other. We’re honored to have been part of their small, intimate wedding and can’t wait to see how the Lord uses them in ministry!
