Taylor and Ashleigh were so much fun! They brought their sweet dogs to begin their engagement session, then Ashleigh's parents were kind enough to wait with them while we trekked out into the woods for more photos. It was a gloomy day up on the Blue Ridge Parkway, but we embraced the darkness and inhaled the fog over the river. Taylor's big red beard and their wardrobe color palette all played off of each other beautifully to create this unusually moody session. But don't let it fool you, because Ashleigh's silliness and Taylor's booming laughter were infectious. Their 2018 fall wedding in Charlottesville is going to be amazing and we can't wait to spend time together and laugh together again!
