Scott & Brynn's ceremony took place at Whitehall Estate in the grand ballroom, surrounded by windows and afternoon winter sunlight pouring in the room. Brynn stayed outside for a few minutes alone with her father in the car while the rest of the processional entered. J. - And every time she cried with her dad, so did I. It was the worst. And also the best.

The tears continued through their intimate ceremony. Brynn's mother and brother both read passages of scripture, then Scott and Brynn paused to share communion together before they exchanged their rings.

After their first kiss as husband and wife (and if you go back and look at their portraits before this, they chose to wait to kiss until the ceremony!), we all ran outside into the fading sunlight for a few more portraits together with all of their families. 

Cocktail hour thundered into full swing as Scott and Brynn followed us into the dark for their first portraits as husband and wife... coming next.
